What is the warranty for each pillow?

The warranty includes quality problems and replacement parts. Usually the pillow does not need to be sent back, and the customer only needs to provide relevant vouchers for the text description, the order ID and pillow pictures.

The QUTOOL Pillow comes with a 1-year warranty. If you experience any covered defects, we will replace your pillow accessories or pillows free of charge. (These include seams that come apart from faulty sewing, and if the foam core develops cracks or an irregular shape.)

How do I adjust my pillow？

Our pillows are medium firm, not too soft nor too firm, you will experience extrem comfort. And qutool pillows are also adjustable, you can add or remove the inner filling to get your perfect sleeping heights. We recommend to pat and squeeze the pillow gentely to make them fluffy regularly. You can also put the pillow in a 30-degree low temperature dryer for 5 minutes to quickly fluff the pillow.

If the pillow I received has a smell, is it healthy and what should I do?

QUTOOL memory foam is certified by CertiPUR-US, so there is no pollution or harmful substances. Viscoelastic foam or “memory foam” tends to have an origianl scent when new. Since the memory foam in our pillows is freshly manufactured and packed, so our pillows may sometimes have this scent. You can rest assured, our foam is totally safe for you and your family without any flame retardants. To reduce the scent, please put your pillow in a dryer at 30° to dry it at low temperature for about 5-10 minutes to get rid of some initial scent.

How do I take care of my pillow?

Removable Pillowcase
To Wash: Wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
To Dry: Tumble dry low. Make sure the cover is completely dry before use.

Inner Pillow Liner
To Wash: Remove the foam into a clean bag for storage, then inner pillow liner can be machine-washed at low temperature or hand-wash.
To Dry: Tumble dry low. Make sure the inner pillow liner is completely dry before use.
 
Memory Foam
Do not wash the memory foam itself! Please only wash the pillow case and the inner pillow liner. Regularly remove pillowcase to vent pillow and keep it fresh. If you do wish to wash memory foam, we recommend using a commercial washer and dryer.

To Wash: Wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
To Dry: Tumble dry low. To ensure that the memory foam fill dries completely, we recommend separating the fill into a delicates laundry bag before drying to increase the airflow and quicken the drying process. It may take multiple dryer cycles to completely dry the contents of the pillow. Please note that in order to maintain the integrity of your pillow, we do not recommend washing your pillow more than once a year.

How to fluff my pillow after using a period?
 
You can fluff up your memory foam pillow every 2-3 days by grabbing both ends and pushing them together. Shaking and squeezing the pillow every day to maintain its fluffiness. Because the shredded memory foam material tends to absorb moisture, it becomes lumpy or loses volume over time, besides, humidity can also damage the material. You can also fluff up your pillow by putting it in the dryer or in a ventilated area once a month to help remove moisture from the shredded memory foam.
